A: Yes, we pay 1% of the purchase price as a referral fee! We will pay you this as a commission on the day of exchange.

Do you carry out a survey?

A: We don’t need to. It would slow up the process. We are able to value your property quickly without visiting and this would happen very quickly. If we do decide to survey the property however, we would do this using our in-house surveyor within a few days.

Will I have to pay a fee to my estate agent if I sell to you?

A: You have the right to sell direct to a cash buyer without incurring their fee. The best advice would be to check your agreement and give us a call to discuss it.

What do you mean “below market value”?

A: We calculate the true market value of your property based on comparables of actual sold properties at Land Registry and other resources. We will provide a full report on your property along with our offer and reasons for the offer based on the market valuation. You will then be in the best informed position to decide whether to proceed or not.

I have received a valuation from you but what if I don’t want to sell yet?

A: We are always here to help and can offer many solutions to your circumstances. You can exchange contracts and delay the completion date if that suits you better, or you may wish to rent your property to us with an agreement that we buy it from you in the future.
